Return of goods

If the goods do not fit you, you can return any unworn item within 14 days of the date of delivery of the package. We certainly do not want you to have something at home that you cannot wear. We do not offer exchanges on the e-shop; if any of the products do not fit you, you must return it and possibly order another one.

1. Attach the return form

Place the completed return form in the package together with the unused and undamaged goods in the original packaging and with all tags attached.

Please remember to fill in your order number and the account number to which we will refund you. Please also indicate the reason why you are returning the items.

2. Send the returned goods

Send the package by registered mail or deliver it in person to our address: Dolení 54, Jilemnice, 514 01 Phone: +420 728 044 038

The customer pays the postage to us.

3. We will return the money to your account

After we receive your package, it may take up to 14 days for us to process the returned package and send you your order back.
