Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract
We want Marylu products to fit you not only in material but also in feel. However, if the product doesn't suit you, you can withdraw from the purchase agreement within the statutory period of 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
Withdrawal from the contract is carried out through an online process to make it simpler, faster, and clearer.
How to proceed with returns

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your request.

Then, send the goods back to us no later than 14 days from sending the withdrawal from the contract.

Return Conditions
The goods must be returned clean, unworn, undamaged, and ideally in their original packaging, including all labels and tags.
For hygienic reasons, it is not possible to return underwear if it has been worn, washed, damaged, or otherwise devalued. Please try on underwear always over your own underwear.
We will inspect the returned goods upon delivery. If the goods are in order, we will refund your money using the same method by which the order was paid, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract. We may withhold the money until the goods are returned to us or until you provide proof that they have been sent.
Shipping Costs
The costs associated with sending the goods back to us are borne by the customer.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not perform standard exchanges. If you need a different size or a different product, please create a new order on the e-shop and return the original goods to us following the procedure above.
Complaints
Returns and complaints are two different processes. If a product is defective or has a fault, it is not a standard return but a complaint.
In such a case, please write to us at:
In the email, please include the order number, a description of the problem, and ideally attach photos of the defect. We will contact you with further instructions.
Summary
For returning goods, there is no longer a need to print any return form. Just fill out the online form, securely pack the goods, and send them back to us within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract.
